I visited Isle of Gelato at Galle Fort on a Sunday evening. It was quite crowded, with both locals and tourists. They have a big variety of ice creams for about LKR 1000 each (cup or cone). We tried blueberry and Oreo – both were really good, and the portions were generous. One cup is enough for two people to share. The customer service was nice, and they have seating upstairs, indoors, and outside.

Isle of Gelato serves some of the tastiest ice cream I’ve ever had! The flavors are rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The shop itself is very nice, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Prices are also reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving good ice cream!

If you visit Galle Fort, make sure to stop by Isle of Gelato. It is one of the best places to enjoy gelato and definitely worth a visit. The gelato is really good and the service is friendly and welcoming. They also serve coffee, which is a nice option if you want to relax for a bit. There is a wide range of flavors to choose from, making it a perfect spot to cool down while exploring Galle Fort.

The flavors are inventive. The shop has a bright, cozy vibe and friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and taste easily make it worth it. A must-visit for dessert and coffee lovers!

Good view at outdoor seats upstairs. Not worth for money if you're not a huge fan of ice creams cause one scoop has a lot of ice cream. Need to do some maintenance at the outside of upstairs. AC water leaking out on to the customer directly as the seats were positioned. Anyway a good place. 8/10

Step out of the heat into the blissful upstairs airconditioning. With a scoop, or two, of delicious gelato. We had the sea salt and caramel, and the coconut. Both yummy.

If you are looking for authentic gelato with a great vibe, Isle of Gelato is a must-visit. We enjoyed it so much we actually went twice! The Highlights: The Flavor: The pistachio gelato was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The Vibe: The shop is incredibly "Insta-friendly." There is a fun swing at the entrance and a beautifully decorated wall upstairs that makes for the perfect photo op. The Space: We loved the upstairs dining area; it’s a lovely, cozy spot to sit back and enjoy your treats. The Service: Even though the weekend queues can be huge, we found the service to be relatively speedy when we visited on a weekday. A big shoutout to the team of gentlemen working there—though I didn't catch their names, they were all polite, efficient, and provided lovely service.

Walked inside on a sunny day and felt fresh after having their gelato. Delicious gelato with lots of flavours to pick from. Aesthetic decor , very cute. They have other outlets as well.
